I highly recommend Dr Spina for dentistry. My first dental encounter with Dr Spina was to bond a chip that my former dentist wouldn’t attempt because of my severe deep bite. I was at Morris Dental to see Dr Morris, and mentioned that my dentist (at the time) wouldn’t attempt to fix a chipped front tooth because of my severe deep bite (she said it was impossible!) Dr Morris said he was pretty sure a bond could be applied and called in Dr Spina. She was great, listened to the chip/deep bite/bond issue, then said it was bondable and why. So I made an appointment with her, and the bonding procedure was perfect. Dr Spina (and everyone at that office) are so nice and helpful. During the procedure, she explained everything, the procedure was very smooth, and I no longer have a chunk missing in my front tooth!

Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the receptionist greeting me by name to Dr. Spina’s explanations. Dr. Rosenbaum’s warm humor helped me feel relaxed and comfortable during the procedure. It was a very good experience. I appreciated Dr. Morris’ asking how I was doing as he did his work. I felt a rapport that I don’t usually feel with other dentists.

I was referred to this endodontist after my regular dentist told me that I might need root canal treatment. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my tooth and perform the necessary confirmatory tests. Based on his careful assessment, he determined that a root canal was not needed and was able to treat the problem with a regular filling instead. I truly appreciate his knowledge, honesty, kindness, and patient-centered approach. It was reassuring to see a specialist recommend the least invasive treatment rather than an unnecessary, more expensive procedure. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who has been advised that they may need root canal therapy and would like a careful, trustworthy second opinion.

Was referred to Dr. Morris by my dentist because I had an implant crown that had come loose and my dentist couldn't tighten it. Dr. Morris removes it, cleaned it and put It back on and tightened it in a very short time. He was professional and has a great deal of expertise! Thank you Dr. Morris!

With a somewhat complex case after a car accident, I’d struggled 6+ months to figure out which oral/dental concern would be safe to start with. For a long time believing there was no option for me, as I was repeatedly told that addressing one thing required addressing else first, then that thing couldn’t be done because of something else. I landed at (another) orthodontist in case I’d learn something helpful, and boy did I. Dr Chen gave me a full exam with a focus on the lower dentures evaluating my complaint. After a panoramic image, bite exam of both the Right & Left side, he determined the overall change In the alignment of my jaw bite. Also as expected the 2 front implants failed and the other two are expectected to fail.This potential scenario was was already discussed last December with a back up plan in place without a sudden surprise. Dr. Morris & Dr Chen prepared a solution that best mitigates cost for me on my fixed income. I hope the provider for the other half of my procedure will be gracious enough to offer an accommodation too. Prior Services Dr Morris clearly explained the upcoming process of natural teeth replacement using a combination of implants and removable dentures. Beyond the educationp side Doctor deferred to his assistant, Monica to explain the financial obligation and financing options to my satisfaction. After a day of toothache I called pitifully and Tanya reassured me in her quiet, sympathetic voice, that they would be able to help me. She magically found time for a consult with Dr. Spina that same day. Dr. S was quickly confident with a diagnosis, and the team found a way for me to see an oral surgeon for an extraction that afternoon. They worked with the surgeon’s office on a scan so I could get a temp made to wear for a special event the next week. A fractured tooth is never a welcome event—but they made the entire journey seamless, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their quick, supportive, compassionate efforts. Stars in their crowns!! I felt like everyone in the office did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible all week long, and created a lovely temp to get me through picture taking! These folks are wonderful. Perfect every step of the way, on a difficult day, in a difficult week.

Dr Morris and his team are without a doubt, one of the most professional and elevated dental group groups me and my family have ever worked with. I’ve had tremendous challenges through the years with dental implants and And finding someone who cannot only get me through to the final beautiful look, but most importantly when you need temporary crowns, especially in the front… They look better than most dentists final final work. Being a Prosthodontist and one of them leading providers in the country, it just makes sense! I’m also writing this review today because I heard one of the other dentists and some of the assistants working with an older patient. They were so incredibly kind and sweet to this man, The way I’d want my father to be cared for at any dental or medical office. Again, very fortunate to have found Dr Morris 10 years ago and simply can’t say enough about the atmosphere and quality of care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When you have had the best you can forget the rest.

I had a great experience. Monica was very good at taking x-rays and Lana was very gentle cleaning my teeth.

After receiving what feels like my 15th reminder to leave a review, I decided I should finally share my experience. I’ll start with the positives. I am happy with the final results. Dr. Morris clearly knows what he is doing and produces quality work. He is confident, patient, and takes the time to answer questions. He explains things clearly and never makes you feel rushed when you are trying to understand the procedure or your options. That level of communication was something I appreciated throughout the process. Now for the things I believe could be improved. First, this is one of the more expensive dental offices I have been to. Many offices charge around $1,700 per crown, sometimes less when multiple crowns are being done. Here, the cost was closer to $2,200. I knew that before starting treatment, and I was willing to pay more because I expected a higher-end experience. The biggest disappointment for me was the overall environment and lack of privacy during procedures. When I am sitting in a chair undergoing a procedure, numb, with my mouth open, sometimes bleeding, and unable to really participate in the conversation, I do not want random people coming in and out of the room asking unrelated questions. This happened more often than I expected. It felt distracting and unprofessional. I also value my privacy and do not particularly enjoy having people who are not directly involved in my treatment observing what is going on. Another thing that bothered me was the constant changing of staff during appointments. My personal preference is simple: if someone starts working on me, they should finish the work whenever possible. Having multiple people rotate in and out throughout the process does not create the feeling of personalized care that I expected from a premium dental practice. The second issue was the timeline. One of the reasons I chose this office was because I expected a faster process. Instead, my treatment ended up taking roughly four months longer than expected. To be fair, some of that may have been due to miscommunication, so I do not place all the blame on the office. However, the overall process was significantly longer than I anticipated. My final concern is how quickly the process moves toward the permanent result. After major dental work, your mouth is numb, swollen, and sometimes distorted from the procedure itself. At that moment, it is very difficult to accurately judge how the final result will actually look and feel once everything heals. Yet there seems to be pressure to make decisions and move forward with the permanent restoration before you have had enough time to fully evaluate it. I would have liked to see more emphasis on temporary solutions and trial periods before final placement. With today’s technology, including 3D printing and other digital tools, there may be opportunities to provide temporary restorations that allow patients to live with the appearance and feel for a period of time before committing to the final version. That would give patients more confidence and allow for adjustments before everything becomes permanent. To summarize, if your main concern is the quality of the final dental work, Dr. Morris can deliver good results. However, if you value privacy, a highly professional environment, continuity of care, and a more patient-driven process before finalizing cosmetic work, those are areas where I believe the practice could improve.

I have been using this dental practice for almost 41 years! I go nowhere else for any dental work. The 10 years I spent living in Missouri(Fairdealing), I faithfully made the 10 hour trip for all my dental needs. My lowers are attached to implants and I have full upper dentures. All my dental/denture work is done "in house". When you walk in all the way to your exit you are treated like you are FAMILY. Dr. Morris and his staff are the FRIENDLIEST, kindest, most talented team you will find in all Northern Illinois. You need to give this place a try... You will have no regrets! My own mouth care was complimented to reinforce I was doing it right. 04/20/23: Even now with a new insurance carrier which Dr. Morris is not in network and I have to pay full fees, I will not change. I will not find better dental care anywhere. 11/07/23 I have the need for extensive and expensive teeth and mandible work to be done post trauma. The whole team takes the time and not only explains what my options are, but what the possible consequences are of cutting corners in treatment. It is made clear to me these may not happen, but the possibility does exist. The more extensive treatments are also explained in detail and what their benefits are as well. I was under no pressure to make a choice of treatment and I am given time to come to a decision on my own. This post trauma care is a considerable investment and I need time to consider my options. Not one single treatment team member was pressuring me to make a choice. Just take the treatment information given me and decide the best course of action I use. They gave me the information I needed and the room to make up my own mind. Now that’s being a professional. Very satisfied patient 12/13/23 I am a long term patient of Dr. Morris. Due to severe facial trauma in my teens from a MVA I have special needs for dental care. My pain spread to new areas today and with a phone call was seen several hours later to determine the cause. This practice is extremely aware of patient needs and responds extremely fast when I was in crisis. 04/27/24 I was in for a cleaning and some hybrid implant management. I received the same excellent care and treatment I’ve grown to expect from the entire staff. From the front desk, the hygienist, to Dr. Morris himself. When they’re taking care of me as a patient, their attention is 100% on me. None of this multi-tasking business is occurring. I get my money’s worth every time. 09/11/24 I had a cleaning and check up today. As I expected the care and treatment were superior. An excellent team for all dental needs. 11/20/25 Care and check up today. I set the bar fairly high and as expected both Agnes and Dr. Morris’s level of care reached it. My care was both precise and thorough. I have significant dental issues and do thorough care. Agnes discussed my approach to this care to make sure it continued to be appropriate. Both her and Dr. Morris spoke with me after cleaning to fill me in on what the next course of action need be and the timeline in which it need happen. Both giving support and answering questions even if I didn’t want to hear it. That’s clear communication.

Dr. Rosenbaum DDS is fantastic. He took the least evasive approach to solve my problem instead of going after another Root Canal. His idea worked and saved me more pain in the long run. His follow up is great and very professional;. He and his team deserves 5 stars easily.

Professional, highest quality dental care in a friendly environment

My first visit, it was a consultation concerning a couple of failing implants I've had for 13-14 years. I wasn't optimistic that I would have favorable options. I was wrong, Dr. Morris was up-beat and reassuring that he could help. My only question was, when can you start? The response was, as soon as next week. I said let's do it. I left feeling very confident that I'm in good hand with Dr. Morris and his team. I opted to proceed with the treatment plan Dr. Morris and Ana presented. Ana, Coordinator is very professional, precise, confident, to the point, and knowledgeable, all helpful attributes. My second and third visits, were for impressions. Lab Tech, Orley takes the time to explain what she's doing (I appreciate that), very pleasant, and skilled at her work (I really appreciate that!). By-the-way, the lady at the front desk, is awesome! On my first visit, I didn't follow my GPS and I couldn't find the office. I called and she actually ask me what kind of car I was driving, then went in the parking lot and waved me in. I haven't seen service like that since the President Kennedy Administration (early 1960's)! Team work personified, is what I've seen so far. Up-date: November 15, I had an emergency, Nov 11th broke what was left of my failing bridge, I thought I'd have to cancel our trip to Hawaii, Nov 19th called Ana, she got me in to see Dr. Chinn. Miraculously some how he was able to repair it! My wife and I could not be happier! We'll be spending our 30th anniversary in Hawaii thanks to Dr. Chinn and this out standing team of dental solution finders! Up-date: December 3, Follow-up visit for yesterdays surgery (at local Oral Surgeon), everything is looking good. Dr. Morris' Team works good with the Oral Surgeon, everything went seamlessly. Up-date: December 18, Needed an an adjustment, call the office in the morning, they scheduled right away for an afternoon appointment with Dr. Chinn, in and out quickly, it doesn't get any better than that! Oh, by the way, the entire staff is unbelievably friendly! Up-date: February 5, I can't get over the high level of care and genuine concern I receive every time I visit Morris Dental. My on-going upper teeth restoration project continues and I'm making good progress. So much so that they had to contact me to ask if I needed an adjustment visit. I did, and I'm grateful for the call because while they were verifying all was well with my upper teeth, we discussed a problem with my lower teeth that I'll have corrected on my next visit. I appreciate the concern shown for me by everyone at this practice. Up-date March 2, My adventure with adopting to an upper denture continues. Over the weekend, I developed a problem related to bone grafting I had done in December. Not to worry, Dr. Morris fixed everything in a matter of minutes and I'm as good as new. Excellent care and service, I'm grateful I choose Morris Dental Solutions. April 1, Post oral surgery (my second surgery to add additional graphing and place three implants) visit. I've made this comment before but it bears repeating, Dr. Morris and his team know my mouth better than I do. They anticipated I'd need some adjustments to my denture and sure enough I did. The folks at Morris Dental Solutions are great people to do business with. They're there for me and have real solutions. April 13, Another post oral surgery check-up. Everything is going good. Dr. Morris made a slight adjustment to my denture and I walked out feeling much better than when arrived. May 19, I remain mindful that this is a Marathon not a sprint. And, I'm happy to report my healing process is going great. Dr. Morris said when the Oral Surgeon is ready to place the remaining implants, he and his team are ready to present to me my newly build upper arch. I'm looking forward having mouth back fully functional again. Meanwhile, I'm grateful that the end is nearer.

I have been a patient of Morris Dental Solutions for over 20 years.  I went in today for a crown replacement, and Dr. Morris was wonderful- as always.  He is very talented and also pleasant and thorough.  At one point today he commented that he did not like the mesial side of my tooth saying "It's not my friend."  Then he quickly followed with "Let's make it my friend!" - and he fixed it right up.  His staff too are attentive and kind and took the time to explain what they were doing at every step of the procedure.   I would not go anywhere else.

February 26 update Walked into the office without wearing a mask for over a month! Dr. Chen created a master piece with my teeth and everyone loves them. Looks very natural and no one would guess otherwise. He listened to my concerns and knew the look I was going for and what best fit my face. He is a genius and was right on the money! Since I received them I went back for adjustments and each time he spotted the issue and tweaked it. I am almost there and his patience and attention to detail is what got me through this. January 27 2026 update Since my last visit it’s been quite a roller coaster ride of issues. Throughout it all Dr. Chen and Dr. Morris have been a godsend! Dr. Morris has been involved as we started out together and Dr. Chen a genuine person with vast knowledge. He has continued to fit me in and work to complete my treatment from day one. Well sought out, he’s never rushed and takes the time to answer any and all questions . I'm about six months into the process of rebuilding my failed upper implants (failure due to cigarette smoking). This is a multi fasted adventure that requires careful attention to changes taking place in my month as I adjust to an interim denture. I am pleased with Dr. Morris' Team who have made their business to check-in on me to see how things are going. I'm finding that their years of experience and professionalism really pays off because they know and understand what's going on with me better than I do myself. Ana called me about a week ago to check in. During our conversation, we decided I should come in for a check-up. Glad I did, because my denture needed relining, they did that, and instantly I felt mush better. My experience was professional and kind. I have complete faith in the skills of Dr. Morris and the staff he has hired. I lost a front cap. He called me on the weekend to set a Monday morning appointment. I had neglected my dental health, but there was no shaming! He made the assessment, and immediately made me feel comfortable. The plan forward has been mapped.

Has the second part of a procedure which replaced a chipped crown. Dr Morris did all the work himself and having had him do a number of procedures like this, this was his masterpiece! Painless, quick and Dr Morris was a perfectionist about the implant’s first and finish.
