Dr. Jeffrey Chen was born and raised in Peoria, IL. He received his Biomedical Science degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Soon after he entered dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in 2018. He had one-year additional training and earned a certificate in the Advanced Education of General Dentistry (AEGD).
Dr. Chen had worked as a small-town general dentist for 2 years before returning to school to pursue a specialty in Prosthodontics at The Ohio State University. He completed his 3 yearlong specialty training in the summer of 2023 and additionally obtained a master’s in science. Originating from a small town himself, Dr. Chen feels right at home and is eager to serve the community. His extensive dental experience includes esthetics, implants, crowns, and dentures.
